I ordered these for my wife. She's used berberine on and off for years to support blood sugar control, and she's even used this brand's. She's actually a big fan of most Amazing Formulas products, and it's a brand she usually trusts. But this time was different. She had a bad reaction to the supplement -- bad stomach pain, lightheadedness, and just generally felt awful. After getting it out of her system, she was fine again. She's never had this reaction to berberine before. So I don't know if it was something about the dosage, if the formula changed since the last time we bought this, or if we were unlucky and got a bad batch, but this was a disappointing, and scary, experience. She barely slept out of fear for how awful she felt, so she's not going to try these again. Read more
