I was unsure how much I would like this vacuum because most of them are quite disappointing however I have to say this is an incredible lightweight easy to use stick vac with a super long cord and heavy duty suction that gets even my thinnest throw rugs perfectly clean. Both are black and the brush on the bottom front of the vacuum base itself has an amazing ability to scrub up all of the cat fur. I was astonished that a stick vac could clean so well. So I bought this for the crazy amount of dog hair in my house. I have a two story home. I typically use a shop vacuum to preserve the life of my shark. I keep my shark up stairs for our carpet and wanted something light weight and simple. Let me tell you... for $26 this is a great investment. It maneuvers flawlessly. We have hard wood flooring. I also have 1/4" mat for my son to practice crawling. It cleaned everything up great! We recently took down our fake Xmas tree and that thing has stripper glitter. Sucked it all up!!!! This thing rocks. I have yet to test it on carpet. Hesitated to do such because I saw prior reviews. However, with my son's play mat I'm sure it would do well. I purchased this vacuum because it was in expensive yet lightweight enough for my kids to use it. Own my own cleaning business and I am usually a shark girl but this little thing has some great suction power. Excellent on hardwoods. It does well on low pipe rugs as well. A little too good on my kids washable rug. The filter is easy to clean. It's easy enough to use that my 4 yr old is able to operate it by herself. Perfect size. Read more

This vacuum is lightweight and powerful. I've only used it once, but it really sucked up the dirt and hair. I have all tile in my home, so I can only evaluated based upon the way this vacuum works with tile. The swivel brush head sits low to the ground (on tile) and efficiently sucks in dirt. Because the swivel head is small, it navigates well in tight places (like between the toilet base and the wall). The vacuum was super easy to assemble – just three pieces. The crevice tool can be inserted for use in two different directions of the vacuum with the slant up or down, which gives versatility based upon the job. The hand vac function worked well on upholstery. I'm very satisfied with this vacuum, and I was surprised by its suction power. I emptied the small canister once; it was easy to empty. My only critique is that the cord is pretty short for a vacuum, but I do like that the cord has a metal "hook?" or "cord grip?" at the end of the cord so the cord is easy to wind up and secure when stored. I just got it. I just tried it out. No problem with reassembling or assembling. Seems to have good suction. Very light weight Picks up dust. However the brand new smell is off putting...it smells odd. ... I will give it a few months before updating the review-the sole function- is to use only on mattress and blanket in a heavy dust area. Which may seem strange until you understand the water shortage issues and the burgeoning population growth in a large city. The strain on a limited river water resource. Lots of sun and solar However limited water in a desert. It is more feasible and environmentally responsible to vacuum a blanket instead of using limited water resources to wash (heavy dust). I bought this to use on my floors and area rug. It does a decent job. It picks up more than my broom, but I do find I have to go over areas many times to get all of the dirt picked up. On the rug I would say it doesn't have a function to go back and forth. I found it worked. Best when I found the direction that allowed it to run smoothly over the rug and only pulled it backwards. Trying to use it like a regular vacuum resulted in it just dragging across the floor and almost coming detached. I haven't used it as just a handheld vac but the section is pretty good and I imagine it does a great job. Read more
