This is a great emulsion blender. I use it quite a bit to make mayonaise, salad dressings and soups. It's food processor attachment is handy for small chopping needs and I don't have to pull out my large food processor as often. I'd buy it again. Read more

Works well. Easy to use. Turbo mode makes short work of blending the herbs, spices and Parmesan cheese that is my go to topping for roasted acorn squash. Took away 1 star for size. Mind you, it's not very large, but is twice a large as the chopper/blender I used for years. Just a personal preference. Read more
