We just moved into a new apartment in Southern California with no built-in AC, and this portable unit has honestly been a game changer. We have been using it for about two weeks during a heat wave, and it is holding up great so far. It cools down our bedrooms extremely quickly, and even our large living room gets a noticeable temperature drop. Setup was straightforward. The included window kit fit our standard window, just be sure to measure your space first. The controls are simple to use, and I like having the different modes for cooling, drying, and fan-only. It is easy to roll between rooms because of the built-in wheels, and the remote is handy. Noise level is about what you would expect for a portable AC. Overall, this unit has made a huge difference for us. If you are in a similar situation without central air and facing hot weather, I would definitely recommend it. Read more
This unit is easy to install but it requires at least a 15 amp circuit operating by itself. Did not “cooperate” when other electrical devices were on the same 15-amp circuit; tripped the arc fault breaker. Runs great when on its own circuit. Easy to sleep to. Heat function is terrible, which is the main reason I got this thing. It just flat out refuses to work half the time. They A/C function is great but aside from that the unit is noisy and it’s unreliable when it turns on. I’d return it if it were not 80 pounds and inconvenient as heck to return. Read more
Worked great to cool our garage workspace, making it much more comfortable. I am sure it will heat just as well when the need arises. Noise level was lower than expected. The size is about the same width as a standard window, so that made it easy to fit into our space. This AC unit was fairly easy to install and has the power expected and advertised. I think my husband said one piece was missing, but he was able to adapt and modify whatever it was. The sleep timer is very helpful for programming it so it doesn't run all night. The remote control is a nice feature to have if desired. Read more
Had this for 2 months where daytime temps ranged from 85-104 F. Keeps my 700 sq ft, above the garage, bonus room cool even with 7 monitors and 5 computers running. The only con to this unit is that is is LOUD. I expected it to be loud, but it is even louder than I expected. Loud enough to be annoying, but I have not found a portable A/C unit of similar size that could cool this space without having to run constantly for 8-10 hours once the outside temp reached 95 F. This unit keeps the room at 73 F without running constantly. Would buy again. Read more

Love this air conditioner!! Im so happy the customer service lady was so amazing and sent a new one! The original one wasn't getting cold and the compressor couldn't turnon. This ONE WOW 👌 ITS BLOWS SO COLD!!! Absolutely amazing! So easy to install, it's off the floor, and it cools our entire room, and my art room!! ITS GOT WHEELS! The noise is perfect!
