Disposable but cheaply made
I bought these as a daily disposable toothbrush during a terrible bout of strep, and they served their purpose. But, I would not buy these as a regular toothbrush for two important reasons: 1. the bristles are so soft they splay over your teeth with the lightest pressure and 2. the handle is so flimsy that I thought it would snap in the 2 minutes of brushing.
