Fantastic backpack! It does come folded, but I stuffed with a pillow for a day and it removed ALL creases. So try that. ☺️ Sits atop carry on luggage so well and without falling. Molded straps for comfortable carrying and chest strap as well! I carried all through NYC on our trip and it did just as well as my pricier LL Bean packs. I bought this for price, luggage strap, molded, padded straps, and well-designed pockets and zippers. This is easily as nice as my LL Bean. I am shocked at how much i like this bag. Great quality for the price, comfortable strap setup, and decent balance of bulk to storage. Pleasantly surprised my expectations were exceeded. I wish they wouldn't store folded but its evened out over time. Store it flat, and offer different colors to get more of my money. Read more
