I have been taking these for several years and have been very happy with the results. I started using this product when I read the 'Rotterdam Study' and a similar study from Poland that both say vitamin K2 will remove calcium from your arteries and veins and put the calcium in your bones where it belongs. Because we no longer eat grass fed meat or eggs, we do not get enough natural Vitamin K2. Both studies are available on the NIH Publication (a U.S. Government Agency that conducts medical research all over the world) Site. Just do a internet search for the "Rotterdam Study" that will get you to the study at the NIH Pub site. I had 2 stents installed in my central artery of my heart, the LAD. Normally a clog in the LAD kills you and unless you have had a X-Ray CT scan called a "Calcium Score" you do not know if you have a blocked artery. Blood test and EKGs do not detect a Calcium Blocked Artery. Ultra-sound will show how much calcium is built in your carotid arteries and you should get that test too. There has been too much emphasis on Cholesterol as a danger of clogged arteries. Calcium is a greater threat. My Heart Surgeon said, in his experience, calcium is the blocking agent 99% of the time. Statins do not do anything for calcium blocks. The drug companies are lying when they say it 'loosens' Calcium Plaque. Ask for the study and they will say "there is no study" because it is a lie. As we get old (I'm 79, retired Navy/Airline Pilot) out arteries and veins particularly our principal 4 heart arteries and our small capillaries clog with Calcium and become brittle and either kill us or prevent blood from reaching critical areas like our bones. My heart arteries were 85% blocked and the surgeon said there was NOTHING I COULD DO to remove the calcium. But the Rotterdam Study and another one from Poland said that Vitamin K2 would remove the Calcium and it did. After taking 2 tablets each in the morning, afternoon and evening for 6 months my arteries are squeaky clean. NO CALCIUM detected in my Calcium Score. It removed the calcium from my little capillaries also. My bones are stronger and healthier. Previous arthritis joint pain is gone. And, I STOPPED PASSING KIDNEY STONES, which has been another of my problems for the past 10 years. This Vitamin has changed my life. I use this brand and two others because I do not have a lab to determine which has more effective K2. The other is a Natto K2 and another is with a yellow label with big MK7 letters. They usually contain 100 MCG of K2. It takes 10 of the pills to equal one MG. This is a life changing drug. GET A CALCIUM SCORE FROM YOUR LOCAL HOSPITAL RADIATION LAB. If your heart arteries are blocked you will not know it until it kills you or you are very luck as I was and went to the ER when I had a tingling in my chest, no neck or arm pain, it felt like a million tiny needles in my lungs. Sudden deaths from heart attacks are often caused by a ruptured inflammation in a critical heart artery. The inflammation is caused by the calcium plaque preventing blood from nourishing your arterial wall. Want a good book on the subject, read the one by Dr Dennis Goodman on K2, found here on Amazon.
