Bought these in my usual size and they were snug around thd waist and that was before washing. So these run small so size up if you don't want tun into any issues. These are very thick sweats which I like during winter so I dont have to layer as much when I go out. Will buy more color and go up a size with future purchases of this product. These Amazon Essentials Relaxed Joggers are extremely comfortable. They make you rethink all the other sweatpants you’ve worn. The fabric is very soft, has just the right amount of stretch, and still looks neat enough to wear outside without feeling like you’re in pajamas. I usually wear a large, but I actually went down to a small because the length is a bit long. The smaller size fits much better overall. It’s still relaxed and not tight at all, just more balanced. i got 2 pr. 1 navy and 1 lt. gray. the gray was much larger than the navy but said both were suppose to be same size. the navy fit good. gray turned out to actually be white. i didnt bother to send back the light gray/white. the 3 stars are for the navy because the navy was very good. the light gray wasnt good.
