I’m 52 years old and desire cute wedges without pain. These wedge sandals are perfect for me! The wedges are not too high and very comfortable. Me feet do not slip. I’ve won them a couple times now and they seem to be holding up well. The leather where these sandals buckle does feel kind of cheap/fragile but as long as you’re not yanking the straps hard, buckling them too tight, or trying to run a marathon in these, you should be fine. Seems comfortable and sturdy enough. I haven't used it for long walks yet. I'm usually a size 8, but I ordered 8.5. Seems to fit quite well. I'm glad I sized up as my feet are a bit wide. The straps are quite snug. I hope it expands a bit more, as my feet tend to swell after walking for a day. So, I walk around the house with it to break it in before I use it for travel. the ankle strap would have been better if there was some elastic to give it a bit more flexibility. I love them, I ordered them in brown and going to buy them in black as well because they are so comfortable. They are lightweight and super easy to put on as you don’t need to undo the clasp.
