Good quality socks, especially for the price. Cotton is soft and strong. I've had these for several years and I think I've tossed maybe one or two pairs for holes in the heels. I used them every day and I have bought them in different heights. I prefer these ankle length version. Over time, the black starts fading, but these do last. I had no shrinkage at all, despite countless washes. I use a commercial washer and dryer, so these get a beating. Our building dryer gets HOT. They're warm in colder months. I don't wear these in summer, because they're too thick. These fit well and stay up, but I fold them over. The fit is good (I wear a size 8 shoe). These socks are fine - nothing to write home about. I don’t like them for my workout socks as they don’t feel thick enough & feel cheap. Will definitely just get name brand athletic socks next time.
