Fit true to size. For reference, I am 5'4", size 2 pants and ordered a small. For my height, the skirt hit about 6" to 8" above my ankles. Material is a knit jersey with plenty of stretch and feels soft when wearing. I've worn & washed it about a dozen times and still holding up well, no pilling on fabric. Nice, thin travel skirt. I wore it around Mex City and it was comfortable and easy to pack. I purchased the brown/black animal print. It looks nice with a blank tank/sandals during the day and easily transitioned into evening with a form fitted black sweater and boots. I am a solid medium at 142 lbs, but the medium was a bit loose in the hips, looser than the photo. Hoping it tightens up, just a bit, after a few more washes. I don't want it tight, but it could be a bit more form fitting. You can fold the top over to shorten it, if desired. The material is a bit thinner than I would normally like, but for summer it is fine. I am hoping it stands up to washing so I can use it on future trips. This skirt is adorable. The fabric is thin and shows your underwear lines, consider this. You can't see through the fabric which is great. There are 2 little splits on the sides, very cute!!! Pretty comfortable! Not too long, I’m 5’5” and wanted something around mid-shin. This fit that way exactly. My only complaint is that it’s not super flattering in the mid-section area. I wore biker shorts underneath that were a bit tight and it was fine. Very soft and flowy. Read more
