All cotton, 100%. Really well made. Great stitching and excellent weight. Very generous sizing. Lots of online clothing runs small, so I ordered a large and it is much too big across the chest and in armhole size. Should have ordered a medium. Will reorder. But this price was so good that I will not return the large. Will donate them to my local food & clothing pantry. They seem like good quality tanks, but the fit is a little weird. I kept them because I was only needing them as pajama tops, but they run large and boxy. If you want a more slim-fitted look, I might recommend sizing down. Read more

These are a thick, comfortable, modest cotton tank which is what I was looking for. However, sizing is off. Amazon suggested I buy a medium when I am solidly a size small, sometimes even XS. I bought the small, and they are big. I hope they will shrink in the wash! Read more
