convenience of having this option of peeled and chopped sweet potatoes is worth every cent. Texture is as it should be, it will only get mooshy and watery if it hits it's shelf life, which i found is about 3 days of being in the fridge. Taste and smell is as it should be. Sometimes I wish the cubes were chopped smaller, but it's not too much work to chop them smaller- mush less work than buying a whole one. Read more
