Smells like coffee, tastes like a light-to-medium coffee. Good for personal daily morning coffee drinking. I think I'd *upgrade* brands for guest service though. Nice aroma when brewing. Definitely NOT Casi Cielo but it is not dollar store quality either. I think it is priced appropriately for the current market we are all in at the moment (2025). It's a nickel less expensive per ounce then McD's coffee and has much more aroma when brewing. Both brands are decent economical brands with mid-range taste and quality. This could be the proverbial 'OFFICE COFFEE' and I don't think anyone would complain. I gave it 5 stars because you already know going in it is a generic product. It fits the bill without issue. I'm no coffee flavor expert, but I can say for sure that it takes ~10% more of this coffee to get the ~same strength/result compared to Yuban or Maxwell House for example. It's a bit 'mild', but tastes fine to me. Good coffee. Very comparable to Eight O'Clock "The Original" brand, for a ~buck less money. Read more

I think I'm on my 6th bag of this so let that tell you that I like it. For the price this is great coffee. I like the taste as it's not acidy as some cheaper versions can be. It has a great aroma as it should. I prefer a finer grind and this holds up well with me doing so and still presenting a great cup of coffee. I like Colombian coffee and for me this doesn't disappoint. I recently started subscribing to this so I don't have to be concerned if I'm going to run out. Don't be afraid to try it, you'll like it. I've been buying these for a while now, and they are a little inconsistent with freshness and flavor, but this latest bag that I just received on 10/16 was really good! Strong flavor with no bitterness. Generally speaking, I would give this brand 4 stars, but this bag was definitely a 5! 90% of the coffee I've bought on Amazon over the years is stale. Some, a little. Some a lot. My theory is that they go through a bunch of their "Amazon Fresh" brand, using different suppliers, as available. So it should be fresher than other brands, which could sit on an Amazon shelf for months. So far, I haven't been disappointed with this.
