I saw these on the site and thought "that sounds good." Naturally I wondered IF it would be good and only bought 1 (at the time) because I really didn't expect it to be good!!!! I was so shocked they were good! I have only had fresh and was very surprised the frozen tasted fresh!! Cooking was SO easy. The quality is great! A few of the cubes weren't perfect sqaures, but it didn't change the taste. Just KNOW that, IF you're cooking for company! Omg, the pieces are all of the freshest, nicest color and texture and flavor. No "scrappy-crappy" bits in the bag. I have purchased this very brand of Butternut a few times and every time given that I mentioned and the price point per quantity (comparing similar frozen and also fresh cooking and chopping myself) this is excellent! This is just squash with nothing in it which is exactly what I wanted. Another reviewer said the serving size was wrong because she thought 4 cups = 32 ounces, but since the bag only weighs 12 ounces, she said it was wrong. The other reviewer is confused since 1 cup of liquid is measured as 8 ounces, she assumed there should be 32 ounces of squash in the bag; that is incorrect -- serving size here is 1 cup by volume, not ounces of liquid. The label is correct, there are 4 cups of squash in the bag. A cup of squash weighs 3 ounces, so 3 ounces x 4 cups = 12 ounces. The math is mathing. The squash is good and very convenient to prepare.
