I don't think I've ever written a review for frozen veggies, but I feel compelled. This is a REALLY good frozen mix. Like not even worth bothering with fresh (and in my case, eventually rotting) veg. I was so pleasantly surprised by these veggies! I buy a lot of frozen veggies because I need to be eating more and this is the easiest way for my cooking-adverse self to get them made. But, in this economy I don't want to spend the money for the name brands, so I usually buy the store discount brands. One day I needed a couple extra dollars worth of merchandise to qualify for same day delivery and this was a suggestion by Amazon. On a whim I gave it a try. I don't think I'll ever go back to store brands. It's not the end and stems of the veggies. They are not hard and dried out like so many of the store brands are. The quality, color, and texture are fantastic quality, like something you'd find in a nice restaurant. And they tasted so good. I'm thrilled to find good quality, inexpensive food that gets delivered to my door! The delivery is good too; it comes in a silver lined paper bag with a piece of cardboard in the bottom for reinforcement, and a frozen disposable bottle of water as an ice pack. Read more

Great value. These are delicious and easy to cook. This vegetable blend steams right in the bag in the microwave. I have bought the more expensive brands and can honestly say that these taste the same or better and the product was fresh. The amount is perfect and I will continue purchasing these delicious healthy vegetables. Read more

I like these, especially the convenient size. The problem is, some of the vegetables are in very small pieces, and appear to be what's left over after they fill bags of only broccoli (for example). I like using them in salads. I take one bag out of the freezer, and let it thaw overnight. Then add it to my salad. Delicious. Read more

This has the steam in the bag option. If I were going to use the entire contents, yes that option is ok. I often use partial bags so I open and place what I need into a bowl , add butter, 1/4 teas. of water, and spices. I put a lid on the bowl and microwave 3 to 5 min. Or I place in a small pan with the same additions and cook in oven 20 min when cooking meat. It is economical for me because each bag supplies enough vegetables for 2 meals. Frozen means the vegetables will always be fresh when cooked. The time it saves in preparation is wonderful. Not to forget this product was delivered in its frozen state. Read more
