These are a regular in my home, I keep them on hand for a quick snack or for when a child may stop by always a good for you snack. I gave some out in Treat bags and kids like them and they are better than Candy any day. They will stay fresh in the freezer for months and come out nice and soft like the day you put them in. These are soft bars, not chewy or sticky so no messes. If you miss lunch grab a bar for some quick energy to keep you going, the calories aren't bad either. There is no high fructose corn syrup in these and they are whole grain and plenty of fruit filling. The cost is low for such good tasting bars.
