Excellent Jasmine Rice! Very clean, aromatic, tasty at a great price. This rice is way cleaner when rinsing than kirkland jasmine rice. Just made a pot in my rice cooker and it is delish. I like the 5lb bags for storage vs a huge 25lb bags. Super clean no bugs at all! Beautiful clean white jasmine rice!! I put this on autoship as a regular staple in my rice recipies. Read more

This rice cooks up fluffy every time and has such a nice, subtle fragrance that makes meals feel special. The 5‑lb bag is super convenient and lasts a while, plus the quality is way better than I expected for the price. It’s become my go‑to for stir‑fries, rice-bowls, and even just plain rice with veggies. Read more

Amazon Grocery's affordable Jasmine Long Grain Rice in the 2 pound bag is flawless, but only if you adjust the amount of water you add to the rice. Instead of 2 cups water for every 1 cup uncooked rice, switch to 1-1/2 cups water for every 1 cup, and suddenly it's the best Jasmine rice you've ever tasted. Should it be the way I cook my white rice, I simply take a large microwave bowl and put in 6 cups uncooked rice with a few pinches of sea salt, then I add 9 cups water and stir, then I cook it for 35 minutes in my 700 watt microwave (check it at 30 minutes to see if it needs more or less) and it comes out of the microwave as flawless sticky Jasmine white rice, the kind you get in the restaurants. Consequently if I use the original measurements of 2 cups of water for every 1 cup uncooked rice, it comes out too soggy and tastes overcooked. I like tossing the Jasmine with up to a cup of green snow peas to add more nutritional value into the rice which I use mostly for greaseless stir fry dishes all cooked in the microwave, for instance you can combine a couple bags of frozen broccoli, or the new Amazon Asian stir fry veggies that appear to be replacing the big hitter frozen assorted bell peppers and onions (both are extremely good), then simply mix in steamed or boiled Chicken breast or thighs (I use 1.5 ounces of sliced chicken meat per meal), then I combine it with one of Minors sauces (they come in nice gallon jugs and I purchase specifically General Tso's, and can also add anyone's Kung Pao to the General Tso sauce to turn it into extremely tasty Kung Pao sauce if you prefer purchasing a bulk amount, then I top it with sesame seeds and crushed red pepper and peanuts (if Kung Pao) with 2-4 of the Amazon frozen potstickers with it (1/3 rice vinegar and 2/3 soy sauce makes an excellent dipping sauce) for an high quality lunch or dinner. It's a versatile meal in that you can use other sauces with the same format (Thai is excellent). For a changeup, try 1.5 ounces of thinly sliced Beef (Amazon has a nice stew meat) with broccoli florets with a couple scoops of the Jasmine rice, also VERY good and good for you, and I'd highly recommend Kona Coast Island Teriyaki, then top with sesame seeds.
