Fry, bake, grill or barbecue these pork chops, don't let me forget just between some bread 😋. Read more

A quick fry up and easy to thaw out from being in the freezer. I serve them with breakfast eggs. They are much easier to cook than bacon. Makes a quick burger between two toasted bread slices. I use Asian or BBQ sauce. I always have them on hand. Not too thick-easy to chew. I think I'll go cook some up right now. Read more

These are delicious. I pound them out & then I flour egg & then bread them. Then finally I quick fry them in a skillet with olive oil. My brother in law who doesn’t like pork, loved these. I asked him if he realized they were pork. He said yes but they looked good so I had to try it. And I recently made them for him again lol Read more
Ordered on a whim, due to hungry teenagers with no patience. They were almost paper-thin and see-through. However, they were a good value for the money. They were about $6, and the pack had 7 chops. What worked out well was that the pack had 7 pieces, the three of us could eat 2 chops each, and there was still 1 left over for my son to snack on later. The fat was trimmed lean, and they cooked quickly in the air fryer. They were fresh, with a nice healthy pink color to them, with no sour or odd smell. I added a few shakes of Adobo seasoning with pimiento (black pepper) on each chop. Next, I sprayed one 2-second spray of olive oil onto the air fryer tray, laid the chops in a circle, sides touching, and 1 chop in the middle. Finally, I set it on 400 degrees for 10 minutes. They only needed 8 minutes to cook to an appetizing golden brown. I knew they smelled great because immediately after turning off the air fryer, my son came to the kitchen ready to eat! The taste was great! We ate them with freshly made corn tortillas. I do recommend these pork chops for a quick and easy snack or meal! Read more
