I am very happy with the potatoes I received. While small in size, they work for me. They were fresh (none were sprouting), and didn't have a lot of eyes. I was able to peel them easily for mashed potatoes and they worked well for both baked and roasted potatoes. I liked these potatoes overall they’re fresh and firm, clean, nice shape and color, and cook up really well. Just a heads-up: the whole bag is full of smaller potatoes, so if you’re planning on making big baked potatoes, these won’t give you that restaurant-style size. For everyday cooking mashed, roasted, soups, sheet-pan meals, they’re perfect and really yummy! But if you want large baking potatoes, this isn’t the bag for that. Read more

These russet potatoes taste very fresh and I ate three so far and did not need to cut out any eyes I think they are better than what I buy at the grocery here in Chicagoland. I have had good luck with all the Amazon branded produce so far. Read more
