These Amazon brownies are surprisingly delicious. They are really the perfect size. I get a good four bites out of them to savour the experience. They have the right chocolate balance and no nuts mixed in to ruin them. I liked keeping them chilled, though not required. Highly recommended. Read more

These are definitely sweet, chocolately, and soft. At the same time, they've got that "bakery section - freshly made" packaging and with a "cheap snack food section" texture and flavor (and hey, sometimes that's what you're after, right?). They seem to achieve the enduring softness with a lot of oil? I think they're trying for the "slightly undercooked" texture of the middle part of the brownie; it's sort of like a Mother's cookie or Little Debbies or Hostess thing instead. We were looking for something with the more freshly-baked flavor and texture though so these weren't fantastic. We put them in the air fryer / toaster oven for 15 minutes on 350 (IE the same way you'd bake raw brownie batter) and they barely changed at all. It did crisp the outside slightly, so it got a little closer to the chewy outside most brownie bites have. If we were having a party with children, I'd pop some icing and sprinkles on these and they'd be a low-cost but still-special treat. Might be really wonderful with peanut butter on top. They're just not the thing to satisfy that brownie craving. Read more
