I have only used this purse off and on for 3 months, and already the "stars" attached to the side are falling off. I have owned American West purses in the past and they were amazing, they never showed wear. These "stars" appeared to have been glued on, not riveted like the purses I have owned in the past. Very, very disappointed to spend this much money and in three months it is showing such wear. Read more

I really like the design and the feel of the leather. I'm amazed at the detail work. This is not a mark against the purse or its style, but I do wish I had gotten a larger one. I got a matching wallet and once that's in there, there isn't much room for much else. I can already feel the leather softening in the short time I've had the purse. I think it will just get nicer and nicer. Read more
Love the purse including the detail and color insets. The pocket is a bit flat and tight to put anything in it but a cell phone or maybe a car key fob (not a large bunch of keys or big key ring!). Worst thing is that after just one month of use the magnetic closure for the pocket has come apart from the purse. I can probably reinsert it, and bend the prongs to hold it, but after a few times of doing that the prongs are going to break off. So this purse will have to go back. I will avoid the magnetic closure in the future. Read more
