I picked out this set of apothecary jars to use specifically to store my round cotton facecare pads and dental flossers. Having both of those things visible and out on the counter reminds me to clean my face and to floss without having to have big open packages out on the counter cluttering things up. Overall these get the job done. I can store about 20 cotton pads at a time, and about 25 Placker flossers. My only gripe is that the lids of the jars are molded plastic and they have a seam line down the center which makes the look kinda cheap. This wasn’t called out in the product description and the product pictures don’t show the seam line, so I had expected metal lids. Read more

These holders are made of a decently thick glass with plastic tops. The tops are not air-tight but fit well and are easy to remove. The size is perfect for holding cotton balls, qtips upright, floss picks, etc. They look nice on my bathroom shelves and are easy to use. They are glass so they are sturdier than the plastic ones, which I also have in my kids' bathroom. We use them everyday! I think they are a great value for the 4 pack and have even used the labels as a reminder for what item goes in each holder for easy refilling. Read more

I got the 2 pak and they arrived well packaged and in good condition. I like the size of the jars - small enough to fit on the bathroom vanity but large enough to hold a good amount of flossers and q-tips. I also like that the jar is glass. I think the lids are the weak link as they are clearly plastic and the gold tone is way more orange-y yellow than the photos depict, which is disappointing. I also did not receive the labels. Since the jars are clear it's not a big deal in terms of function and not labeling them gives flexibility to change the contents. But some might like to have them to dress up the jars a bit and add some value to the set to justify the cost. I do like that they chose to use lids that sit on top rather than screw on to make it easy to access what's inside. Read more

The size are perfect to keep floss picks, east swabs, face wipes, etc. stocked without having to refill every other day. I like that there's no plastic.
