WOW! I just built this chair today and it was extremely easy and took me less than 20 minutes. The second I sat down it was apparent that this was THE BEST office chair I have ever sat it. It is extremely comfortable and easy to adjust and the foot rest is just the icing on the cake. It feels very well made, ergonomic, and the perfect size for my desk. It has incredible leg, back, and neck support and is the softest but still firm enough material I have used for an office. Especially for the price, you will not find a better chair to buy! Just received today (07/19/25), and so far, so good. Assembly was surprisingly straightforward. Although it came with directions, I watched the YouTube video that made a bit more sense to me. I like that it came with the necessary tool to use on the screws. I'll give it some time, but like I said, so far, so good. The build quality is really good. Having assembled it, sitting in it is 1000000000% percent better than a different chair I just replaced after five years. The seat is cushiony, and the lumbar support is pretty good. It's comfortable because it's a little wider than the ordinary office chair which gives me some wiggle room. I like that the armrests go up and down. It even rolls well on my carpet. All in all, I'd save it's a good solid functional quality chair -- especially for the price. Read more

I have a round dining/game table that was bought used, with 4 heavy wood rolling chairs that are less than ideal, so I wanted to buy this chair as a test for possibly replacing those 4 old chairs. Office chairs are one of the more difficult items to research - even after narrowing down my choices, it always seemed there were too many conflicting good vs. bad reviews. But I finally pulled the trigger on this one. The packaging was adequate although it seemed to be just a bit squeezed into the shipping box. There wasn't a lot of bubblewrap or other buffering material, but nothing was damaged. The only things I found were a couple of very small scratches on the inside of the armrests, which weren't easily visible. I think the scratches were caused by a little rubbing between the armrest and an adjacent piece. I also thought the padding on the armrests was a little wimpy, but that is a trivial complaint. The assembly went well - I had a friend helping, but there wasn't much that I couldn't have done by myself. As others have said, holding the back and seat in position for bolting together was somewhat awkward and it did help to have assistance for that step. I have a number of allen wrenches I've collected over the years, so I found one that was the same size as the supplied T-wrench, and sawed off the right angle so I could use it in my drill. I'd recommend doing that (or using an allen wrench bit) as it makes screwing in the numerous bolts much much quicker and easier than manual tightening. Once assembled, I found the chair very comfortable. Unfortunately, my wife (who is 5'6") found the chair seat to be too deep to sit all the way back, so that became a dealbreaker for the idea of using it to replace my old dining table chairs. However, I ended up using this chair as my new office chair and am very happy with it. I use a cushion to help with back posture, and the seat of this chair is angled perfectly so the cushion stays in place without any effort. (On my previous office chair - an armless "secretarial" type chair - the cushion was always trying to slide off). So I wouldn't use the "premium" adjective for this chair, but I think it is well-designed and solidly constructed so it shouldn't disappoint during normal everyday use. I've had it for 4 months now - the gas cylinder is still working fine, nothing has loosened up, and the casters are still rolling easily. Read more

It was good while it lasted. There is a one year warranty but of course it stopped working after a year and one month. The chair itself is comfortable and I loved all the ways it can be adjusted, however, the hydraulic to keep the chair high stopped working on BOTH chairs I ordered. Every time I sit down, the chair slowly goes down and when I stand up, it flies up aggressively. The chair also gets marked up and stains easily. I have had a lot of office chairs in my over 60 yrs of working but never one like this. It's the bomb! I have had a bad back from a early in life accident and now bad knees, so sitting for any period of time is a real challenge and my last office chair was killing me. This chair was easy to assemble. The seat size is why I bought it because I'm tall and you can slide back with lots of seat left over and not feel like you'll fall out of it when you roll around the office. If that has ever happened to you, you know what I mean. I looked a long time before I bought this chair because it had everything I was looking for and more for a great price! It's a wonderful addition to my office with the classy padding and stitching appearing like it cost much more. Additionally, it rolls and swivels effortlessly, The high back and the easy locking lilt coupled with the pull out foot rest is the icing on the cake. I now find myself retreating to the office to recline and relax...unbelievable! I highly recommend this really comfortable chair. Read more

Updating a previous review. I had an issue with the stitching on the chair pad after a few months of use. I wrote a review describing the issue and their customer service reached out to me immediately, didn’t play games and found a solution.
