Lighter than cast iron & nonstick

This is a well fabricated, user friendly pan, it’s sturdy and a workhorse, but not as heavy as similarly sized cast iron. Has a grip tab opposite the handle for balancing if you have limited arm strength. Handle is shaped for easy gripping but is still oven-safe to a bit under 500 degrees Fahrenheit. While the listing says dishwasher safe, the product materials advise that doing so will limit the pan’s lifespan (like with nearly any quality pan). Read more
