comfy pair of shorts, not just for men but for everyone. it has pockets, a drawstring and is 100% cotton. Was looking around for 100% cotton shorts to gift my bf this holiday as he only wears full cotton clothing and the 3 shorts he's attached to wearing were WORN DOWN TO RAGS WITH HOLES IN THE BUTT PART AT THIS POINT AND HAD SLASHES. HOW YOU GET SLASHES IN THE BUTT PART OF YOUR SHORTS AND YOU STILL CAN'T LET THEM GO?! so I told him he needed new shorts pronto. These shorts are actually 100% cotton, no polyester or cotton hybrid. He is 6'3, 196 lbs and a size large fit him well. These are 8 inch shorts and they fit just a bit above his knees. Also great to note he's the type to wash new clothing before he wears it, with these shorts he felt them and then wore them immediately from the package. Very nice, good fit matched sizing instructions. Material is a good thickness and comfortable. All seams appear to be well sewn. I have used other brands for years and watched those others go downhill with thinner materials that wore out and seams that unraveled. I am switching to this brand. Learned my lessons with others, these will be hand wash only to make the last. update: had to go 4 star, I have three pair now and they are all great but they all have one consistent manufacturing flaw, the waste band stitching starts to unravel when washed. It appears the stitching is not tied off when these are made. I fixed it with minimal application of cloth glue at the points unraveling and then ran a new stitch line on the machine.
