Love these enchiladas. Never dried out or soggy and the sauce is great. They're getting difficult to find, but this price is better than the supermarket - when I can find them. Discovered this Amy's Brand of Frozen meals. This pkg. of 2 Cheese Enchiladas is 9 oz. of a tasty treat. For most, this amount is just right, The 2 of us actually split this meal, because being senior citizens, not very active. We add a nice green salad, and maybe some Mex. rice or refried beans to complete. The flavor for this Cheese Enchilada Meal is perfect, with just the right amount of a delicious mild sauce. We usually add a bit more cheese, and sprinkle some chopped green onion for pizazz. Will purchase this again. Read more
