This espresso machine makes a good coffee and works really well. The touch screen panel is nice and intuitive, very easy to use. I gave four star for two reasons, the acrylic lid on the water container vibrates when the machine is running and makes noise, but it is ok, not so bad. This machine is the lovely equivalent of an off brand kuerig. The unit i received did not get hotter than room temp. Did not steam or froth milk. The water must reach at least 200⁰ to make espresso or derivatives and it must be under pressure. This has a water tank that is not under pressure. It doesn't get hotter than room temp. It's lovely but does not work. I returned it two days later. Read more
