I have a field mouse problem in the fall. The garage is their favorite "new" home. These are easy to use and take standard baits. They fit well in the corners and along the flat walls. The population appears to have dropped off. I think that these are safe around children and pets. Read more
Love the concept of being able to bait the mice without fear of another animal getting into it, but 2 of the 12 boxes were damaged upon arrival, which was a little disappointing. There are two prongs/ears that lock the lid shut and there was one broke off on two different bait boxes. One still locks in place but the is totally unusable as the lid won’t stay closed. Probably handled rough by shipper, but may have survived with a little extra cushioning during packing. Read more
Used these with mice bait blocks. I was careful not to touch with my bare hands since I didn't want my smell on these in case it would scare mice away so used gloves. These are small and work very nice for along the wall and also corners. We used in our shed and placed about every 20'. Have already seen several show up dead so these are working well. Read more

... Because you can be sure the mice are there. Sorry Mickey, mice are disgusting. I have a 120-year old house. I had to go take care of relatives on a winter trip for a six weeks, and when I came back, I had mice everywhere. I was devastated. It was like every mouse in town came to live here rent free. Infestations are incredibly unsanitary and bad for your health. I ended up throwing out hundreds of dollars' of potentially contaminated food, and had to eat a mask cleaning the cupboards. Being poor, I decided to try one time to get rid of the mice by myself before hiring exterminators. The house is big, so I needed a kit with lots and lots of locked stations, because I have a dog. This one has worked well. I put the stations everywhere, floors, cabinets, you name it. You can almost always see the places the mice use as highways, because the poop and pee /constantly/, even when they are moving (just writing that makes me gag). I subtracted a star because I'm not sure the included bait is as tasty to the mice as it could be -- the pieces are rarely eaten through. Maybe that's the way it always is? On that note, prepare for your house to smell less than great for a few weeks after you put out the bait, because the mice go into the walls to die. Read more
