Shipping was slow for this item but I really didn't mind the wait. I was excited to use this so I read the info about charging at least 2 hours charged it overnight. Thinking this device's controls would work similar to most other vibrating devices I found the controls challenging to get the right setting SO don't do like I initially did and not read the "operating instructions". I love how the device feels inside especially during intercourse with my wife. It stayed in place very well and she could even feel the vibrations through my shaft. The big problem with this device and hopefully this was just a bad unit but it goes dead completely without being used at all. Charged it Monday then disconnected the charger (very nice charging cord/assembly) and now on Wednesday it's dead. The item is obviously non returnable so I called Amazon for a replacement. I was given a FULL refund and told to discard the old item and then I could reorder once the credit shows up in my account in 2-3 hours as a gift card. My rep Eve offered to either credit my original payment method in 3-5 business days or a gift card in 2-3 hours. My final thoughts are this, I like it really well and hope my experience is a rare one. It would be nice if the tabs were adjustable or came in different options like flat or less of a curve.
