Very good at what it does
Oh. My. God. This thing might just be a $50 piece of plastic, but its worth every penny of that. My only regret is that personally I should have probably gotten the slightly larger one. This thing is small. Like really really small. Just slightly less girthy than the handle of your average hairbrush. If you have any amount of experience with putting things in your butt you might consider going for the larger one, as this one might leave you feeling just a little empty on the inside if you catch my drift. Don't get too caught up in the review saying it doesn't really do anything for them. That stance is valid and I believe them. Different strokes for different folks and all (haha). But if you know a little about what your doing and give it an honest try I think you'll probably have a great time. It might not be the best toy you ever used the first time. It takes some practice to really understand how to use this thing. If your new to prostate play in general your gonna want to brush up a little (Aneros actually has a pretty detailed document on their site) and maybe get used to using your hands and having fun that way before taking the plunge. It's very much a learning process and this is just a tool to help with that process. Any tool needs the right knowledge to be used effectively and this one is no different.
