They really said, what if we took the design of a multi color pen but made it a tool for nail art? and then they made it. Honestly, it is such a good idea and so long as you're cool with the drawbacks of the design when used wrong then it is a great tool. I'm not lowering the review due that flaw because it exists for all pens like this. As in you shouldn't press two or more at once, sometimes they can jam, etc... if used the way it is intended those issues will be rare though.
