I own hundreds of brushes. It is a bit of an addiction. So I was intrigued to try this brush as it is a brand I have never heard of but it is $40. I love that it is cruelty free so it has synthetic hairs but I am disappointed that it isn't as soft as others I have. But does it work? Beautifully. The way the brush is shaped is perfect to push any powder into your skin and I love it. It is flat on the back and contoured in the front. It applies any loose or pressed setting powder or foundation powder. I like applying bronzer with it best. Upside down, it curves right under my cheek bones perfectly. It is a fantastic brush. I took off one star because I think the quality could feel better for the price and I think there are plenty of brands that makes brushes that work just as well for less. Edit: I have changed it to 5 stars because there is no doubt how fantastic this brush is and I don't know if I could ever find a powder brush this great again, let alone at the drug store. This is gorgeous brush. It is a pleasure to look at it and to use. The handle is the perfect length for good control and the brush head is very soft and fluffy. I have mixed feelings on this brush. While it's soft, it's not as soft as I would expect from a brush with a $40 price tag. I understand and appreciate that it's synthetic but I have other synthetic brushes that have a much more plush feel, so I know it can be done. It's still very nice, but I guess I expected more for the price point. The shape was the biggest surprise. In the listing pictures it looked like a standard powder brush shape, but when I took it out of the package I was surprised to see it was flat on one side. I'm not really sure why that's a benefit but I'm not a makeup expert, maybe it helps somehow. I definitely think they should have made that clear in the listing. I've been using it to apply my setting powder but decided I prefer my standard shaped brush for that. I think it would be perfect for applying bronzer or maybe blush. Read more

I’ve never heard of this brand before, so I went in with no expectations. After inspecting it and trying it out, it seems like a nice quality brush. It’s nice and fluffy, and I find it to be moderately soft. So far, I have an experienced to any fallout, but I’m more curious to see how it will hold up after several washes. If I have any major issues, I’ll be sure to update my review. It’s a large brush, so it really seems best for setting powders or for putting bronzer on all over. They are pretty pricey brushes, so it would definitely be an investment if you wanted to start a collection. Read more

This is the absolute, hand down BEST makeup brush I have ever seen in real life. I feel so LUCKY to own it, especially since there seems to be no way to currently buy it online. I really hope that changes, because more women need to be introduced to this INCREDIBLE makeup brush too!! I Recommend it SO highly so how well made and gorgeous it is, plus for how SOFT the brush is, it holds powder makeup great. I won’t be using it to spread liquid foundation in any way, so I can’t speak to that. Overall, I can not say enough positive things about this makeup brush! First of all, I have to say this brush is beautiful. I love the royal purple color of the stem, and love that the bristles are the same color! Aesthetics aside, I love how unique the shape of this brush is. Unlike most powder brushes, this one has a dense but fluffy fan shape. I love it for applying powder foundation, especially around the nose where fluffier brushes are less precise, but I REALLY love it for applying bronzer. It's perfect for getting an even, natural-looking application on the cheek bones and top of the forehead. Read more
