Excellent car charger from Anker - beats all of my older ones. To test this car charger's capabilities, I used two of my favorite Anker power banks: a 165W laptop power bank capable of charging at 100W, and an Anker Nano power bank capable of charging at 30W. I chose these as both have real-time displays showing the charging (or discharging) rates. Both power banks were depleted to under 25% capacity in order to allow them to draw maximum power for recharging. As you can see in the screenshot, my 100W-capable unit charged at 92W, and the 30W-capable unit reached 28W. That's a total of 120 watts of output cranked out of this car charger. Worth noting: my first attempt at this stagnated at about 56 watts on the laptop power bank, as the cable I was using was likely a 60W-rated one. I was able to get closer to 100W charging power after switching to the USB-C cable that came with this car charger. Overall, excellent purchase - it's awesome to know that I can recharge something big, like a laptop or a laptop-grade power bank, at full speed, in my car, while also charging another smaller unit like a phone at its full charging capacity of 30 watts or so. This still leaves me with the USB-A port, which I have not used yet. The build quality is excellent - it's a heavy piece of equipment, relatively speaking, and feels great in the hand. The price on this one right now is comparable to chargers that are a fraction of its output rate, which makes it a superb value for money. Looks crisp, feels great, locks in nicely in the 12V socket, and works superbly. Think I'll buy another one to plug into the 12V socket in the trunk and let the kids juice up their devices independently in the back. Read more

Does the business. Charges a laptop, a smartphone, and a bluetooth audio receiver all at the same time, and as far as I can tell (without actual power measurement tools) - at full charge rate for every device. It didn't get too hot either. Very pleased with it's performance. Look no further, this thing is great. I *HATE* the blue light though! If it was Amber, it would be less distracting, and actually excellent. Blue light constricts your pupils more than any other wavelength (color) of light. At night, this constriction causes your eyes to capture less light when they need to be dilated, making it more difficult to see while driving at night. Amber (orange/red) light does not cause your pupils to constrict nearly as much at equivalent brightness levels, making it easier to see at night. This is important while driving! Amber light tends to produce less glare as well. It's sad that marketing these days believes that "blue LEDs" are still a 'fancy feature', and make the product seem more premium, when in fact, it is objectively worse. All things considered, in the car I am using this in, it's pretty much out of the line of sight and not a dealbreaker. Read more

Excellent 3-Port Car USB PD Charger. The overall build quality is solid. I wish I had bought this from the get go. I've learned my lesson with the many cheaper chargers available out there. This Anker provides stable power to all three ports and has a tight fit into the 12V Socket so it doesn't lose connection with bumps while driving. The regular USB-A port has plenty of current to power the dash cam. And the USB-C Ports fast charge the phone even with 2 other devices plugged in. Read more

This car charger works perfectly and charges my devices quickly. The build quality feels solid and the ports are secure, with no loose connections. It fits easily into my car’s cigarette lighter socket and doesn’t block other ports. The charging speed is impressive, even for multiple devices at the same time. It’s compact, convenient, and very reliable for daily driving. Highly recommended for anyone who needs fast and dependable charging on the go. Read more

Happy with this. It handles my padd (to you, 'tablet'), minisec (to you, 'cell phone') and headset simultaneously, and without adapters aside from the supplied power cables. Fortunately, they together draw a bit less than 100 watts. There is a caution to impart, however. This device can draw more power (almost 15 amps) in 'normal' operation than the usual cigarette lighter (and particularly, the one on my car) is equipped to supply (10 amps). I manage this by not drawing more than about 100 watts and things work fine. So before drawing more power than this, check the fuse that feeds the socket. If it is on its own fuse and is 15A, you should be able to draw about 140 watts safely. A 20 amp fuse will permit full rated output. DO NOT replace a lower-rated fuse with a higher rated fuse and draw more power! This can cause a fire that, depending on how the car is wired, could destroy the car. Read more
