I grabbed this Anker travel adapter before a recent trip and it’s quickly become one of those little gadgets I’m glad I packed. It’s surprisingly compact for what it does — you get one AC outlet, two USB-A ports, and two USB-C ports all in one tiny unit, which means I could charge my phone, tablet, headphones, and a couple of other devices at the same time without any power strip. The plug adapters slide out easily for different regions, and it worked fine in every country I visited without feeling flimsy or cheap. It’s not a voltage converter, so I made sure all my devices were dual-voltage before plugging them in (almost every charger is), but once that was sorted it was smooth sailing. It also has built-in temperature control, which gave me a bit of peace of mind when charging multiple gadgets at once. For the price, it’s way more convenient than carrying several chargers, and the foldable design makes it super easy to toss into a backpack or carry-on. Great value. Worked with basically everything I would ever need to charge. I’ve had zero issues so far, and it’s saved me from hunting down extra outlets in airports and hotel rooms — definitely worth it if you travel with more than one device regularly. Read more

Very good travel adapter, it will be probably the last adaptor you are going to get, such a nice quality, It's small enough, works really well and it's well built. Read more

What a great adapter! This worked perfectly on a recent trip to the UK. Able to charge multiple items at the same time and still use my curling iron or dryer. Always fit securely into the existing plug. And best of all, it’s about half the size and weight of an adapter I bought 2 years ago. That and I can use in Europe and other areas we like to travel to. Overall, highly recommended. Read more

I used this adapter/charger on a recent trip to South America. It has now found a permanent home in my travel bag, even for US travel. It's compact, light, easy to use, and very well built. There are no loose pieces that are sometimes part of a travel adapter set and are always getting lost. I also found the indicator light is handy, both for verifying that the adapter is getting power and as a nightlight. The problem lies with the counties/regions not covered by this adapter. Here are some of them, in no particular order: - India / South Asia (Type D/M) - Southern Africa (Type M/N) - Israel / Palestine (Type H) - Switzerland / Liechtenstein (Type J) - Italy / Chile / Uruguay (Type L) - Denmark (Type K) Worst case, though, is I'll purchase a dedicated converter for one of the listed countries that converts to any of the inputs supported by my Anker Nano, and I'll be fine (as long as I don't lose this additional loose piece ;) . Note that this is only a physical adapter for 2-prong US plugs; it does not convert the voltage. Your device needs to have a universal power supply (110-240V/50-60Hz) in order to work. There are 4 USB ports and an adapter that takes a US or EU plug and lets me plug it in in the US, UK, EU, or Australia, all for about the same cost as a quality USB-C wall wart. I was able to plug in a device with a universal power supply and charge my phone and wireless earbuds all from a single outlet. When it's plugged in, the circle glows, which is nice to let you know that it's powered, but if you like to sleep in a dark room it could be annoying, so I put some electrical tape over it. It doesn't get any hotter than any of the USB-C wall warts I have. Size is great. It isn't any thicker than a UK adapter though it takes up twice the space on the wall. However, I've only seen side-by-side outlets in the UK (not top-and-bottom like the US), so this adapter taking up more space on the wall doesn't cause a problem. One word of warning - when you plug it in, make sure that the two mains prongs don't get pushed back into the adapter. Hold a finger on the button to keep those prongs fully extended or it might not make contact in the outlet. Read more

I saw this duo, Travel Adapter and Power Bank recommended by a traveller in Cuba. What better recommendation can you get in a country that has constant erratic power outages. They are exquisitely designed, small, quality materials, and a battery-saving indicator light that tells you how much juice it has, but comes on only when you press a button and shines through the metal case! No separate window!!! See pics below. It has a neat retractable connector lead, and has retractable plugs for US, UK, AU France and Germany. There is an option to get a small hard case pouch for the adapter which I got. You will need to take the power bank in your carryon for baggage check. I don’t fly much but bought it as I live in an earthquake region, and fire prone state where you might be forced to evacuate at a moment’s notice day or night. I have an evacuation bag ready and this will be in it. It’s also good for camping and road trips. You name it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Read more

What I liked most about this item was its thickness. Because it's thinner, it fits better in the socket and sits closer to the wall than traditional adapters, which are thicker. In addition to the various plug types, it also has USB ports, which multiply its functionality. ANKER itself denotes quality in this type of product. Easy to use and practical to take on trips. I recommend it. Read more
