I’ve had this for 6 months now. I enjoy it and use it daily. Holds a charge well and I can get about 3 full charges off of it. Takes about 2 hours (maybe) to fully recharge. I don’t know the exact amount of time but it’s not very bad! Only complaint is that the cables are a little too short for my personally liking. It’s hard to hold the phone and the charger together- the charger itself is rather bulky and has some weight to it so it becomes this huge heavy thing when connected. It’s also hard to fit both the phone (IPhone 11s) and the charger in your pants pocket while charging. I feel like if the cables were a bit longer it could help with juggling the two items when connected. It’s hard to explain but it’s like your phone is on a very short leash and attached to a big bulky weight. I bought this originally for travel/theme parks and while it’s a good charger, it’s just not the best to take on the go like that. The charger and phone really need to be laying flat and still during charging to prevent cable stress. I try to be careful with the cables but I have accidentally dropped the charger while it was attached to my phone before. The cables kept it connected which honestly worries me. It’s like the cables are one accident away from being jerked out completely and I’m just not sure how great this charger will be once the cables get damaged. It does have other ports you could use but that almost defeats the point of this particular version of portable chargers. As stated above though, I’ve had this going on 6 months and so far it’s still ok and the cables are fine. I just have to really make a mental note to stay aware while using it so I can avoid cable damage. If it broke tomorrow I might reorder just for the charging power. I would compare some other Anker batteries first though! And I wouldn’t reorder to use solely for active travel, I would look for better option. Read more

The Anker Zolo Power Bank is an excellent choice for travel due to its built-in USB-C and Lightning cables, which eliminate the need for extra cords and streamline packing. I took this charger on an international trip and has great build quality and features. You are able to charge a phone 4 times. For the price, its hard to beat due to its build quality, capacity and built in cords. Read more

Bought for an over-seas trip. Worked great to charge an iphone SE 2x and it still had some power left over. It recharges quickly and the small screen lets you know exactly how much charge is left. The included cords are super helpful to charge devices without needing to carry extra cords, and they work as a carrying strap too. It is a about double the thickness of the cell phone, but fits easily in the small pockets of backpacks and bags, but probably wouldn't be comfortable in a back pocket along with a phone. Read more

Solidly built; works as reliably as every other Anker gizmo I've owned. One of the short male cables that are attached to this unit can fit a lightning-type iPhone, and the 2nd one is a USB C-type. Two female USB ports - one each for A-type and C-type. The A-port can be switched to a lower-power process that shuts itself off after two hours - nice for small items like ear buds. The built-in cables are handy in a pinch, but if you want to use your phone while it charges then you'd want to have a 3-to-6 ft. USB cable handy for Android or a Lighting cable with a female end on it to extend the reach. If you don't have an iPhone you might want to check out a couple of similarly-built Anker models that don't have the attached Lightning cable. BTW, there's a nice digital indicator of the charge level as the unit is used or recharged. I'd get this unit again, I think, if I ever need another power bank. Read more

Love this product. Anker has been a very trusted brand for me. This has helped because not all my apple devices are C cable. I like that I can carry it around fully charge for days and still have power when I needed for emergencies. I hope one day they can make less bulky. Read more

I can’t say for sure that this power bank saved my life, but it definitely enabled me to get out of a very tight spot. I bought this to take on a trip to Iceland, and I’m very glad I did. I was out one night looking at the northern lights, and managed to lose my sense of direction. I was alone (stupid, but there were reasons) and was in an area that I hadn’t explored in daylight (also stupid). It was pitch black and, even though I was dressed for it, I was getting cold. The ground was rough and hazardous. I had my phone to use as a flashlight, but batteries die fast when it’s cold, and mine was getting low. The only smart thing I did that night was to bring this power bank with me. It kept my phone/flashlight going long enough for me to find my way back to familiar ground. (In case anyone is wondering, I couldn’t get a cell signal, so I couldn’t call for help.). Would I have frozen to death without this? Probably not, but it saved me a very uncomfortable night and possibly an injury from falling over something. So five stars to this power bank! It’s pretty heavy (at least the 20,000 one is), so I usually carry a smaller one for daily use at home, but when you need it, you need it! Works just like it should, provides a lot of power, and love the attached cables. Read more
