I love Anker products, I really do. I got this charger mainly to Power my MacBook. For that it works great. However, when I go to charge my phone and Watch together, it won't work. You have to unplug and plug it back in, to reset something. Not very convenient when the plug is behind your night stand. Not sure what the issue is. Will be calling Anker to try and resolve. This is a fantastic charger! I absolutely love it, it travels very well and is super light. I use it daily to charge my phone, watch, and tablet simultaneously: that's the beautiful thing about the three outlet design! But I do have one complaint: it doesn't seem to like to stay in wall sockets very much. For some reason, it likes to come unplugged far too easily. I don't understand why this is: I don't think the prongs are any narrower than any other device, it just doesn't make sense to me. But whatever, as long as I keep an eye on it my devices will continue to be charged, and that's the whole point of the little thing. Read more

This will charge your device fast. The cables are braided and hold up amazingly. For traveling it is compact but also heavy. The weight is significant because when plugged into an outlet that is a little loose (i.e. like the ones on planes and in hotels) it will need something to support it or it will fall out. I love this product but I really would love to see the weight reduced or moved closer to the plug-in side or a wider base to support it while plugged in. Read more
