Our 5 year old loves to wake up super early, but definitely still needs his sleep. We bought this to try to help him know when it is okay to wake. We gave it to him as an early Christmas present. I tried to set it up after working a long 12hr shift and kept accidentally trying to read the French instructions. It was easy overall to set up. We loved the musical options for a gentle alarm. Apparently, my husband told my 5 year old to just yell "Arrêt" which means stop in French when it goes off in the morning... Unbeknownst to me. I watched on our monitor the whole thing this morning and nearly fell off my couch laughing. My son kept yelling "Arrêt! Arrêt! ARRÊT!!!! What is wrong with this thing?!"
