I'm one of Those People who doesn’t want to spend a dime more than is necessary but still expects high-quality. In this particular case, I initially ordered a 10-inch T-Fal pan. However, it had a scratch on the top of the rim. I promptly returned it for a replacement, but it too came with a scratch on the top of the rim. It was packaged well, so I don’t think it came from the manufacturer like that. So, I returned that too. Next, I tried the PranzoElite pan. I read good reviews, and thought I’d give it a try. But, while it said it was 10-inch, it was actually 11-inches, which was annoying since I still had a 10-inch lid that I wanted to use. Also, the PranzoElite’s bottom wasn’t fully stainless steel, so it seemed to only work on one of my induction burners. I finally decided that it just wasn’t worth my time driving back and forth to the UPS store to try and save a few bucks and got this pan. And I’m glad I did. First of all, I’m glad that those poisonous substances were not used for this pan; that’s not optional. This pan’s full stainless steel bottom easily cooks on any of my induction burners, having no problems activating them. It appears very nicely made and is aesthetically pleasing. The stainless steel and brass-colored design looks nice together. The handle and pan seem pretty thick, and didn’t transfer any noticeable heat. I also like how, where the handle is riveted, it’s coated with a non stick surface there too; a lot of pans don’t do that and, thus, over time get a little grimy, in which case you’d have to take a metal pad to clean them and thus possibly scratch your nonstick pan. But not this one. I’ll adjust this review if it fails me in the near future. However, for now, I’m pretty happy with it overall, and look forward to using it for years to come. Read more

I love this wok..not too big at 10 inches. So pretty I hesitate to use it. Fairly heavy with steep sides. Maybe a tad more expensive but it is quality cookwear. Read more

I'm in love with this pan, it is awesome. Cooking with it is really great, it's a solid pan. My food doesn't stick to it and it's easy to clean up. I definitely look forward to buying some other pans from this brand and I believe that I'll have this pan for quite some time Read more

It is so hard to find a 10-inch wok, let alone a non-stick wok of the quality that Analon delivers. And, unlike the few other pans similar to this one, it is compatible with induction stoves. This pan is so handy. It is great for stir-fries, sauteing vegetables, sauces, and more. The shape is somewhere between a good chef's pan and a wok; very versatile. The non-stick performance is superb, and the pan is very heavy-duty. If you care for it properly, it is sturdy enough to last many years. That sturdiness comes at a cost. The pan requires more pre-heating than I am used to, at least on a gas stove. However, forewarned is forearmed. Allow a bit more time to pre-heat before you add food. As usual, Analon has delivered exceptional quality. Admittedly, it is expensive, but the quality is worth it. If they only made an 8-inch version, as well... Read more
