Great knives from Anolon
I'm really glad I bought these knives. They're super sharp, sit nicely in the wood block, and feel comfortable in the hand. I specifically looked for an Analon set after receiving a really nice Anolon chef's knife as a wedding gift almost 10 years ago.... it has remained in great shape, and I expect that these will too.
