I can see a difference in my fingernails. Thicker, stronger and grow much better. No smell. And I haven't noticed any taste. Very easy to use This powder dissolves and mixes very well. This is my favorite collagen powder! I add collagen to my two cups of coffee every morning and go through a lot of collagen (2lbs a month) and this is my go-to buy! It is budget friendly for a 1lb bag, has a good amount of protein, and has clean ingredients. It is easy to use and mixes into my coffee with no problem, and it has a mild taste. I used this yesterday and wondered why I've never seen this brand previously. I've used Anthony's products a few times, yet I never saw the collagen. It's well priced. I use two Tbl. in my morning coffee, along with 5g of lion's mane and a dash of maple syrup. Texture is great, dissolves easily. I'm hoping it helps right hip relief.
