I've been using hydrolyzed collagen for years and this product holds up just as well as any other product I've used, BUT it has 45 servings which is a better value for your money. Years ago I damaged my stomach lining and I used collagen to heal my stomach and digestive tract. I would drink a warm glass of water with collagen first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and then a second time later in the day. My stomach is better now, but I continue to use collagen because I know it's good for my joints and skin. I'm approaching middle age and already feeling the effects of my body breaking down, so I want to do as much as I can to support my body. This is a great product, I totally recommend it. So I’ve been taking this collagen for about 30 days. Although it’s unflavored, I think me knowing it’s mixed into my drink makes it easy to taste a difference. So I prefer to use this in more tart drinks like orange or cranberry juice. I will say that it has increased my nail growth but also my nail strength, which I appreciate after years of wearing acrylics! I wish I would have tracked with photos but even my hair has grown out quicker than normal. Which I love/ hate since my hair is dyed and I will be needing a touch up sooner than planned. I’ve tried different brands, different flavors- and let me just tell you, they are NOT all equal. For example, some collagen powders have an almost gamey taste. And then often with the flavored ones, I found they left an odd aftertaste in my mouth that put me off from having anymore. This one however is virtually tasteless and it mixes well… Side Note: This is super important to me!! Try swallowing a glob of collagen that didn’t mix properly- I’ll wait. I use it most frequently in my morning coffee. I mix in soy milk, raw egg, a little honey, some cinnamon, and mushroom powder. Tastes AMAZING and it comes out so frothy!!!
