These make it a lot easier to breathe out of my nose when I sleep. I have a deviated septum that closed my nose tubes when I slept on my side. These keep the airway open enough to breathe through my nose when I sleep. That has kept me from waking up multiple times a night and led to much better sleep patterns. I now wear them around the house during the day because it really makes it easier to breathe. I was approved to get surgery to correct my septum but now am holding off as long as these keep working. 👃 Read more
