My husband snores super loud, every single night. I have purchased so many different anti-snoring devices and tapes throughout the years. These are the first nose clips that include magnets that we've tried. After a few nights of use I've noticed that it does lessen the amount he snores when he first falls asleep, but the clips have fallen out of his nose a few times while he was sleeping and the snoring starts right away once it's fallen out of his nose. So if it stays in place on the nose I do think these clips help with reducing snoring. I've accepted that there most likely won't ever be a product that stops his snoring completely, but it's nice to find items like these clips that are easy to use and comfortable for him to wear that also reduce the snoring a bit. As for the quality - I was surprised at how high quality these clips were. They are really well made and I love that they are each in their own little container. I had expected them to be the types of clips that you throw away after using them a few times since there were 8 included, but they aren't, these can be used many, many times as long as they are taken care of and disinfected. I have a package of alcohol wipes in our nightstand drawer to wipe these off after use to keep them clean. After wiping them down I then leave the containers open for a bit to allow them to dry completely and then put them away. I've given 2 to family and friends who snore to try out themselves. This is very simple and very effective little gadget to prevent snoring. I probably wouldn't use it at home very often, because my snoring isn’t very severe, I only wear it when I’m really tired to prevent snoring from disturbing my family’s sleep. But if I'm traveling overnight with friends, I’d definitely bring it along. It’s really easy to use, I can just clip it my nose. The design is simple, but it actually works very well.
