I really don't do reviews, but these really help me. I ordered the med size and it fits perfectly. But honey let me tell you, this was the best thing I have ever used to help with my snoring. I wish that I knew about these little powerful clips a long time ago. I slept all night, no snoring was was heard by my family members for the first time in years. I give this product 3 stars, because while I can see how it can be effective for some people, myself and my boyfriend have nasal congestion further up the nasal cavity and these clamps don't seem to reach it. I think this product works better for those with congestion mid to lower down the nasal cavities. That's just my opinion, though. They aren't too uncomfortable, or noticeable after a few minutes of adjusting to them, but probably not something you'd want to use anywhere besides home, or sleep, as they are still noticeable. 👍 Read more

Bought these for my husband who snores LOUDDDD. I knew they was working the moment he laid down, he wasn't making a sound and then I heard him a little bit but it was really low like muffled sounding and all of a sudden Nothing and that continued through out the whole night.
