The color is like a petrol blue or dark teal. The site pictures make it appear a bit brighter than my bag actually is. The metal parts are like a Puter color and works well with the muted bag color. It arrived in a wrap but not stuffed so the pockets are a bit floppy in the picture. Once I filled them we with keys and essentials they look fine. The stitching appears to be well made. The shoulder strap length is adjustable. It's roomy, as long as it's not filled to the brim it seams comfortable. For the size bag the shoulder strap might be on the thin side. This bag has character and after using it just one day I love it. It they had a gray or black I would consider buying another one - I just never feel right with a brown purse. I read the measurements of the bag but really expected it to be just a regular purse size. I can actually fit both my HP laptop and Happy Planner Big inside it if I ever wanted to. Love everything about it. Fits tons of stuff. It's leather so the purse empty is heavy, keep that in mind when you stuff it. My purse came much lighter in color than pictured, almost yellow, that's why I gave it 4 stars. Read more

Simple and honest review: It’s a beautiful leather handbag, I consider the size to be medium. Ordinarily I carry much larger size totes but this one I had to try out.
