I bought the 24B1H last summer from Staples and decided to add a second screen to my WFH setup recently. I ordered the same model, the 24B1H, through Amazon this time and when it arrived I notice the box said "Curved"... "Interesting", I thought, because the existing monitor I have of the same model is not curved and I didn't think the listing mentioned anything about being curved. I then noticed that the model number on the box says C24B1H. Upon opening, it is indeed curved. I assumed maybe this was just a mistake at shipping point because it's a similar box. I returned it and requested a replacement item, which arrived today and is ALSO curved. The screen is very nice, don't get me wrong. It's big and allows me to view my spreadsheets and other work tools without have to zoom out. BUT I'm very disappointed that the description of the product on Amazon's website does not match the product I received. I'm not going to go through with returning this second screen again and will just suck it up with one flat and one curved screen; but buyer beware if you're like me trying to add that second screen not anticipating a curved screen and you get one. I needed a couple spares for my home office when I work remotely, company paid so I had a $200 budget. Picture quality is good, connection options were sufficient for my laptop. Sturdy base. Item says its frameless, which technically it is but it isn't a full edge to edge screen. There is a bezel that measures 1/4 inch along the sides and top. I did have an issue in that I clicked the options and ordered two 27" models for $99 each but received the 24" instead. It was an error in the website where either option you picked was priced the same. Notified Amazon the next day I received but the website was fixed. Amazon then refused to send me the correct monitors I ordered because according to the rep, "I got what I paid for." Read more
