Great clock and reliable seller
UPDATE: contacted seller and they replaced it immediately! Great communication and quick shipping. This is a great clock to help remember the day. It had a large clear display. Quit working after 60 days of use and 15 of those days was outside of the Amazon return window. I am contacting the seller for warranty information, if there is any. I like it so much I ordered another but included a 2 year warranty. I hope the seller makes it right but replacing, if not I will return the second one regardless that I purchased a warranty. Great clock but very bright.
This Aowasi Digital Dementia Clocks for Seniors is a very nice, easy to read, bright clock. It works great. My only complaint is that is does not dim low enough and that makes it too bright for my personal likes as a bedroom clock. Read more
Works great! Very easy to see.
I got this for my father and it works out so well I bought a second one! One is hanging on the wall by his bed and a second is freestanding near the kitchen table. We’ve had them for a few months without any problem. This particular model has larger text. We’re very happy with them. Read more
Great product; but need Xtra remote
This product has been a godsend for our brother-in-law, who resides in a care facility. He has been visual and cognitive issues. We would love to have an extra remote control, as this seems to be the only way to change the time. However, the good folks at Amazon do not have any information on how to contact the Aowasi company. They suggested we write a review, and we hope company will respond. We would love to thank them for such a great product. Read more
Advertises auto-dimming function, but the menu doesn't have it.
The clock does not have a "dimming function" that I can find. There's a brightness function you can set, but even the lowest level is pretty bright. I set it on automatic. it did not dim at 7p as it says it will on the Amazon product page. There's also a menu setting for "advanced mode" for which there is no explanation. The page shows a brightness level setting for night and a setting for day. These functions are NOT on the menu of the clock I received. It'll keep my mom awake all night. I'm sending it back.
