Mac Pro was delivered in extremely good condition, with specs as good or better than advertised. It was nearly new in appearance, I would describe refurbished/excellent as an accurate descriptor. It was well packaged, thoroughly encased in large-size bubble wrap. The hard drive had been wiped with a brand new OS install. The seller also included a Mac-compatible keyboard and mouse, which was an unadvertised nice touch. The computer has been put to work as a shared family machine and has been running continuously since purchased. It's also been playing games and doing a lot of video transcoding, so it's been reasonably stress tested. Haven't encountered any major issues, or components that have failed. I did encounter a random kernel panic during a video transcode at one point, but it hasn't repeated and is probably a one-off. Read more
