After reading many of the recent reviews, I was a bit worried about making this purchase as some of the reviews are less than great. However, I had an EXCELLENT experience! First, and perhaps most importantly - I purchased mine "Sold by Amazon" and "Shipped by Amazon", so obviously - this review is for a watch refurbed by Amazon itself, rather than a third party reseller/store. For that... It arrived in a rather rugged and well designed box, which firmly held the watch in place. Too, the watch face had a protective clear plastic sticker protecting it - just in case it might have been dislodged during shipping. Well done Amazon! While I believe the band is aftermarket - it is higher quality and quite well made, so no issues there. The aftermarket charger is, in fact - USB C and will connect to a 20+ Watt charger - no USB type A charging puck that only slow charges as included by other resellers - this puck supplied by Amazon does support fast charging... About the condition of the watch itself.... It is pristine! Not a scratch anywhere on the aluminum casing nor on the crystal. Overall, I'd rate both as a "10 in 10" for condition - and an excellent surprise as I really wasn't expecting this level of condition - but, well done Amazon! After charging the watch for about 30 minutes, it fired right up and connected to my iPhone without any drama. After setup - I had the chance to open the Battery Health for the first time and was ready for my first disappointment so far - BUT instead - it read 99%...! I'm really pleased with this purchase, but again - this is for the Amazon Refurbished watch - not other storefronts, who I can't speak for in their QA and products. HORRIBLE return process. Because it’s an Apple product you can’t just drop it off at a local participating business. You HAVE to have a pick done by UPS. Problem is I have my items deliver to a business. I live in an apartment. Packages get stolen. So I chose Walgreens to be safe. You have to be present for the pick up! I don’t live at Walgreens! They don’t give you a time of pick up. So there’s no way to know when they’re coming. Can’t drop it off at UPS either. Only option is pick up. I’m so frustrated. Alsoooooo I was so excited to get this item. But as you can it’s all scratched up. I can feel the scratches with my nails. Imagine the bacteria it’s holding. THIS IS NOT PREMIUM RENEWED. It also took forever to charge in my opinion! An hour to full charge when the battery was at 37% to start? No pulse OX or Sleep Apnea monitoring. Just ughhh! Customer service lady was nice. It’s not her fault. But I’m just grrrrrr!!! Spent way too much money for this to be so hard. Read more
